Privacy Policy

Toolkit Rapid Free is built on a privacy-first foundation. This policy explains clearly and honestly what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are as a visitor.

This Privacy Policy was written by Slim ABBAR and Hafedh KHAYATI, the two developers behind Toolkit Rapid Free. We wrote it ourselves — in plain language, not legal boilerplate — because we believe you deserve to know exactly how your data is handled. We continuously review and improve this policy whenever the site evolves. No fine print, no hidden practices, no surprises.

The short version: We do not require accounts, we do not sell your data, and many tools work locally in your browser. Where advertising, analytics or third-party data providers are involved, we explain that clearly and link to your control options.

1 Our Privacy Philosophy

Privacy is not a setting we added — it is a core design principle of every tool on this site. When we built each page, we asked: "Can we solve this problem without collecting user data?" In most cases, the answer was yes.

As independent developers, Slim ABBAR and Hafedh KHAYATI, we do not have a legal department, a data monetization strategy or investors pushing us to extract more value from our users. We have only our users — and a genuine commitment to treat their data with the same respect we would want for our own. That is the foundation this site is built on.

The result is a site where you can use over 100 tools without creating an account, without sharing your email address and without being tracked across the web. Here is what that means in practice:

  • No user accounts required — Every tool is accessible immediately and anonymously.
  • Client-side processing — Calculations, conversions and text operations happen entirely in your browser. Your inputs never reach our servers.
  • No proprietary tracking pixels — We do not follow your browsing activity on other websites.
  • No data sales — We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.
  • Full transparency — This policy tells you exactly what is collected, by whom and why. Nothing is hidden.
2 What Information We Collect
πŸ–₯️ Technical Information (Anonymized)

Like every website, our hosting platform (Google Blogger) automatically records basic server logs when pages are requested. This includes:

  • IP Addresses — Logged automatically for security and performance monitoring. Anonymized and not linked to personal identity. Deleted after 30 days under normal circumstances.
  • Device Type & Browser — Used to optimize tool layouts for different screen sizes. Not linked to any personal identifier.
  • Pages Visited & Load Times — Helps us identify performance issues and understand which tools are most useful.
  • Referring Website — Records which website or search engine sent you to us, so we understand our traffic sources.
Important: Tool inputs and outputs — such as text you paste, currency amounts you enter or dates you convert — are never stored on any server. All calculations occur locally in your browser and are erased when you close the page.
πŸͺ Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Here is a complete table of the cookies used on this site:

Cookie TypePurposeDuration
Blogger / Google PlatformRequired by our hosting provider (Google Blogger) for the site to function correctlyVaries (platform controlled)
Google AnalyticsAnonymized page views, session duration and traffic source analysis. Used to improve the site.Up to 26 months
Google AdSenseAd delivery and personalization. Google may use cookies to show relevant advertisements based on your browsing history.Varies
Google TranslateRemembers your language selection to maintain your preferred language on return visitsSession / 30 days
Affiliate Cookies (Travel)Set by travel partner widgets (Travelpayouts, Booking.com, Trip.com) when you interact with booking widgets. Used to track referral commissions.30–90 days

How to manage cookies: You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers offer a "Clear cookies" option and allow you to block third-party cookies specifically. Doing so may affect some tool functionality (such as language preferences) but will not prevent you from using the core tools.

πŸ“§ Voluntary Information
  • Contact Form Messages — If you send us a message through our Contact page, we receive your name, email address and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is never shared with third parties.
  • Tool Suggestions — If you submit a request for a new tool, we may note your suggestion to inform future development. Your email is not shared or added to any mailing list without explicit consent.
πŸ“ Geolocation & GPS Data

Two tools on this site can optionally use your device's GPS location to function more precisely:

  • 🧭 Qibla Compass (Page 11) — Uses your GPS coordinates to calculate the precise direction of Mecca (Qibla). Your position is processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript trigonometry. It is never sent to any server and never stored anywhere.
  • 🌦️ GPS Weather (Page 3) — Uses your approximate location to fetch local weather data from the Open-Meteo API. Only your latitude and longitude are sent to Open-Meteo — no name, device ID or personal identifier is ever transmitted.

How we handle your GPS consent:

  • Your browser will display a permission popup before any location data is accessed. This is a browser-level security feature you control.
  • If you deny the location request, both tools will fall back to a manual city/location input — no functionality is lost.
  • If you accept, your coordinates are used once for the calculation and immediately discarded. They are not logged, stored or shared.
  • You can revoke location permission at any time via your browser settings (Settings → Site Permissions → Location).
Policy compliance: In accordance with Google AdSense publisher requirements (Section 4 — Use of Device and Location Data), we collect GPS data only with your explicit browser-level opt-in consent, use it solely for the stated tool purpose, and never share precise location data with any advertising partner.
3 Third-Party Services & Embedded Tools

Some features on this site rely on external services. Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We have chosen partners with transparent and reputable privacy practices, but we encourage you to review their policies directly.

7 Security Measures

We take reasonable and practical steps to protect the limited data we do collect:

  • HTTPS / SSL Encryption — All traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted in transit. No data is transmitted over unencrypted connections.
  • Client-Side Processing — Sensitive operations such as calculations, text analysis, password generation and unit conversions run entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
  • No Password Storage — Because no user accounts exist, there are no passwords to be compromised.
  • Minimal Data Collection — The best security practice is to not collect data in the first place. Less data means less to protect and less to lose.
  • Dependency Updates — We keep embedded scripts and third-party libraries updated to avoid known security vulnerabilities.
Disclaimer: No system connected to the internet can guarantee 100% security. If you discover a potential security vulnerability, please report it promptly via our Contact page.
8 Children's Privacy

Toolkit Rapid Free is a general-purpose tool website not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information through our contact form, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

The games and relaxation tools on this site are family-friendly and contain no inappropriate content. However, parental supervision for young children using the internet is always recommended.

9 International Data Protection

Toolkit Rapid Free is operated from Tunisia and serves visitors worldwide. Depending on your country of residence, different privacy laws may apply:

Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If a change materially affects how we use data you have previously provided (such as through a contact message), we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly.
