By using Toolkit Rapid Free, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they are written in plain language so you actually understand what you are agreeing to.
These Terms of Use were written by Slim ABBAR and Hafedh KHAYATI, the two developers behind Toolkit Rapid Free. We wrote them ourselves, in plain language, because we believe you deserve to know exactly what you are agreeing to before using any website. We continuously review and improve these terms as the site evolves. No buried clauses, no deceptive wording.
Effective date: March 18, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of toolkitrapidfree.blogspot.com and all its tool pages. By using the site, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.

Toolkit Rapid Free is a free, browser-based utility website built and actively maintained by Slim ABBAR and Hafedh KHAYATI. The platform is continuously updated with new tools, improvements and optimizations based on real user needs. It provides over 100 tools across 21 categories including world clocks, weather data, currency conversion, language learning, games, travel planning, religious resources and more. All tools are provided free of charge and run primarily in the user's browser without requiring any account, installation or payment.
The site is hosted on Google Blogger and funded through Google AdSense display advertising and affiliate partnerships with travel booking services. These arrangements allow all tools to remain permanently free for users.
- No Uptime Guarantee — We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, but tools may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, Google Blogger platform issues or circumstances beyond our control.
- No Accuracy Guarantee — While we strive for accuracy, results from tools such as currency converters, calculators and date converters should be independently verified before being used for any critical decision.
- No Fitness-for-Purpose Guarantee — The tools are provided for general convenience and informational purposes. They are not substitutes for professional financial, medical, legal or technical advice.
- Third-Party API Dependency — Some tools rely on external data sources (weather APIs, exchange rate feeds, Wikipedia, etc.). We are not responsible for errors, outages or changes introduced by these third-party providers.
Your access to and use of Toolkit Rapid Free constitutes your full and binding acceptance of these Terms of Use. This agreement applies to all visitors, users and anyone who accesses or uses the site in any way. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Ad Fraud
Clicking on advertisements artificially, using click bots, incentivizing ad clicks or any other practice that constitutes invalid clicks under Google AdSense policy.
Affiliate Fraud
Generating fake bookings or clicks through affiliate widgets, cookie stuffing or any other fraudulent manipulation of affiliate tracking.
Service Disruption
Transmitting malware, viruses, denial-of-service attacks or any code designed to damage, disrupt or overload the site or its users' devices.
Impersonation
Impersonating Toolkit Rapid Free, its staff or any other person or entity in a misleading or harmful way.
Harmful Content
Using any tool or feature to produce, distribute or facilitate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing or otherwise harmful to individuals or groups.
Unauthorized Reproduction
Copying, republishing or redistributing substantial portions of the site's content, tools or source code without explicit written permission.
In the interest of full transparency: some links and embedded widgets on this site — particularly on the Travel & Geography tools page — are affiliate links. This means that if you click through and make a booking or purchase, we may receive a small commission from the partner at no additional cost to you whatsoever. Your price is exactly the same as booking directly.
Current affiliate partners include: Travelpayouts (booking network), Trip.com, Booking.com, Viator and DiscoverCars.
Affiliate commissions contribute to the operational costs of running this site and allow all tools to remain permanently free for users. We only maintain affiliate relationships with reputable, established services that we genuinely believe are useful to our users. We do not allow affiliate relationships to influence which tools we build or how we present information.
This disclosure is made in compliance with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, EU consumer transparency requirements and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.
Toolkit Rapid Free displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help cover the costs of hosting and development and allow all tools to remain free for users. By using the site, you acknowledge that advertisements may appear on the pages you visit.
We have no direct control over which specific ads are shown — this is determined by Google's automated systems based on page content and, where permitted, user interest signals. Toolkit Rapid Free embeds or links to a number of third-party services that are essential to the functionality of certain tools. These include but are not limited to: Open-Meteo (weather), Windy.com (wind maps), Google Maps, CoinGecko (crypto data), Open Exchange Rates, Wikipedia (embedded search), MyMemory API (translation), PeerJS (multiplayer games) and various travel booking partners.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices or terms of service of any third-party website or service. When you click a link that takes you to an external site or interact with an embedded widget, you are subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing any personal information to third-party services.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tunisia.
However, we acknowledge that users access this site from many different countries and that applicable consumer protection laws may vary. Nothing in these terms is intended to override mandatory consumer rights that you are entitled to under the laws of your own country of residence. In particular:
- European Union Users — Mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law remain fully applicable and are not limited by these terms.
